Carin loves using red, blue, and purple as main colors to build her simple, yet interesting abstract world. She is good at composing different layers of colors and interpreting the rhythm of the nature. Through her paintings, Carin sincerely demonstrates her aestheticism—a world full of solicitude, love, passion, romance, and sympathy.

Carin Wu “The Dialogue between Digital & Traditional Art”

Besides oil paintings, this exhibition also includes digital artworks. With digital photographs, the author re-annotates her original oil paintings using computer software such as Photoshop and Illustrator, attempting to inspire a brand new visual aesthetic perception among the audiences by juxtaposing traditional oil paintings and experimental digital creations.
